I came here because a famous influencer shared information about her own revision surgery. The consultation manager I saw was also the one in charge of her. Just like the previous two places, the consultation went manager -> doctor -> manager, but before seeing the doctor, I had heard in reviews that he was kind and meticulous..? so I was expecting a lot, and I was a little disappointed Maybe because surgery had piled up after that influencer’s case, he seemed really, really tired His tone was robotically kind… But his aesthetic sense is probably the best of the three, because at the previous two places, no one pointed out that my nose was crooked and that my face as a whole was tilted down toward the right (?) This doctor brought it up first. Honestly, the consultation was probably not even 10 minutes, but despite looking tired, he seemed to read my facial features right away ㄷㄷ I showed him the nose photo I wanted, and maybe because he was being honest, he said it would be hard to make the front-view nose shape come out like that. He explained things while drawing on photos taken with an iPad. But….. he somehow looked exhausted I asked more questions than he explained things. Unlike the first two places, this doctor was the only one who did not mention lowering the columella. Maybe he meant that if the columella was raised, it would look corrected..? Ah, his hands were so thin and elegant that I kept staring at them As for the dermis, he said they use dermis harvested from autologous rib cartilage. He didn’t mention ear cartilage? I said I didn’t have any more questions and wrapped up the consultation quickly. I had one last consultation with the manager again, and I got the sense that this clinic’s manager didn’t seem very 전문적. I thought they might push hard for “autologous rib cartilage + nasolabial angle correction + long nose correction,” but I didn’t really feel that! I asked Dr. Ryu to show me surgical case photos, and he showed them on the computer; one side-view result was absolutely incredible. It was the round nose + elegant columella + pretty nostril shape from the side that I wanted. The front view was just all appropriately pretty, and maybe because he came from a natural-style background, it leaned more natural than glamorous. Honestly, that part was good. But the doctor’s consultation was less detailed than I expected, so I wasn’t super drawn in Still, the post-op photos were so good, and he caught the nose bridge deviation + the right side of my face drooping that the previous two doctors didn’t mention as soon as he saw my face, so his aesthetic sense seems the best Ah, and when I mentioned that another hospital had said my rib cartilage was calcified, he said it didn’t matter..(?) He said it was actually harder, so there’d be no warping and the nose tip would be firmer. But didn’t they clearly say harvesting calcified rib cartilage would be hard..? So I asked, and he said, “Yes, doctor, it’s the doctor who has a hard time~ It’s the doctor who suffers. The calcification doesn’t matter~” and that sounded plausible again.. confusing. What’s true..? Still, whether the doctor has to harvest my rib cartilage the hard way or not isn’t really my concern.. it’s difficult. Oh, AS is free within 2 years, and aftercare (swelling care) is said almost as if it goes without saying. You can choose between general anesthesia and sedation anesthesia, but they recommended general anesthesia.
