Both the staff who did the consultation and the director were kind!! I went in thinking about just one surgery, but they recommended other things too. Of course I also thought I might need them, but instead of saying I could do it or I didn't have to do it, they said it in a way like, "you need this," so it felt like they were subtly pushing extra surgery. Still, they were kind and the hospital was clean, so if you've put it on your consultation list, it's worth visiting. They said it would be cheaper if I booked on the same day, but if that makes you uncomfortable, I recommend not going~ It wasn't a strong push, but you do feel a kind of unavoidable pressure!
