For starters, upper lip reduction itself isn't a surgery that's performed very often, so there aren't many hospitals that do it. I looked into several hospitals, and the factory-style one was the cheapest (880,000 KRW), and among the other hospitals this one was on the cheaper side. They also shaped the lip line, so I could get a sense of what it would look like. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars for expertise is that it was just talking about reduction, so I didn't feel anything especially special. Still, the director was kind and overall it was fine. But since it's almost twice the cost of the cheapest option, I'm torn.
