I consulted about surgery for a cleft lip philtrum and lips. It was nice that during the consultation they told me in advance about sensitive points, like how the center line of the lips would shift toward the scar when doing surgery on the philtrum scar, and that the position of the Cupid's bow would keep changing after surgery. However, I'm worried because the surgical method is too aggressive and would also leave a scar.
