The director has a pretty strong sense of confidence. But I actually prefer a doctor who is confident, so that part was a plus for me. What worries me, though, is that he said the alar base needs to be lowered and the pinched nose needs to be widened, and I'm worried that if I do that, the shape might end up looking more masculine. There are also reviews here saying that sometimes happens, so I'm a bit torn about that part.
