First, they did a CT scan to roughly see my current condition, then a consultation with the manager, then the director. They explained the same-day booking benefits, but it didn’t feel very pressuring, and they seemed to explain any questions in as much detail as possible. They even let me take separate photos of the scan results, and they were kind, but the director’s consultation didn’t feel especially detailed.
