Maybe because Dr. Song has a Gyeongsang-do accent, his way of speaking is strong. Sometimes it felt aggressive, but I thought maybe that's just the kind of person he is. He explains clearly what can't be done and only talks exactly about the parts he can do. He's not particularly kind, but it seems like he'd do the surgery without issue.
