Looking at my past surgery experiences, most plastic surgeons' attitudes changed noticeably as the process went from consultation to surgery to aftercare, and I often felt disappointed as a person, regardless of my satisfaction with the surgery. But after the surgery and at every follow-up, they checked me carefully, didn't brush off the things I was worried about, and explained everything in detail each time, so I could feel more at ease after the surgery. In terms of taking responsibility all the way through, I felt really glad I had the surgery with the director. In this field, their skill is top-level too, so I want to recommend them to my acquaintances as well! And the staff and the manager were also very kind as people. Even when I was debating whether to have surgery, the manager explained the parts I was worried about several times and empathized with me, which helped me feel even more at ease about having the surgery. I was thankful that the director, staff, and everyone there were all sincerely trying to solve the patient's concerns, not just for sales purposes.
