During the treatment, it felt like they proceeded carefully according to the scar’s location and condition, and I felt that they had extensive experience and knowledge about scar treatment. They explained things kindly when I asked questions and did not push unnecessary treatment, which I liked. I could see some change after just one session, so I plan to continue a few more times and observe the progress.
