After having my right eye secondary canthoplasty reversal, I went in for a consultation for a depressed scar on my left eye. At the time, the laser fee for one eye and the fee for both eyes were the same. When I said it had been 3 months since the right-eye reversal, they said treatment was possible. But after the procedure, the right-eye secondary canthoplasty reversal opened up completely and became shiny with scarring. On the left eye, they cut it in a square shape like diced blocks around the two depressed lines, so it changed to look like an under-eye hollow and became shiny. (I didn't even know they were shaving the skin.) It got worse with each session, so I took photos and showed them, but they just kept treating it without answering. (I kept saying this from the 2nd and 3rd sessions onward.) When I kept arguing that it was getting worse, they set up a one-on-one consultation, but the hospital progress photos they showed were so low-quality that the scars could not even be identified, so it was impossible to compare them.. They said they thought I would like the treatment result.. Then they argued that the photos I showed could look different depending on the lighting. At the next session, I showed photos taken under the same lighting and said there was a problem, but instead of admitting fault or apologizing, they said, So what would you like me to do? What was really shocking was that they said they would try treating it and that it would be cured after 2 sessions. The internal sutures in the reversal area had all come undone, and the eye structure had collapsed, so it could not be fixed unless it was reconstructed, but they failed to catch that and said let's try 2 treatments. Anyway, I did not get treatment here. My life got harder after the procedure.. I really regret it.
