After my first surgery, I was not as happy with the line as I had expected... In particular, the bulbous-nose look was not greatly improved from the front, so it kept bothering me. After deliberating, I went to [Clinic A], which is known for reliably improving bulbous noses, for a revision consultation. During the consultation, they explained the problems with my current nose and how the surgery would need to be performed to achieve the look I wanted. Rather than unconditionally telling me to have another surgery, they also explained what was possible and the limitations.
