I liked that the director seemed confident about the surgery. Of the questions on the list I prepared, the director answered all but three without my having to ask, which made me trust them. Using a MacBook, the director showed before-and-after photos and many similar cases. I also really liked that they kindly told me to ask as many questions as I wanted!! The explanations were so detailed that I had almost nothing left to wonder about, so I felt reassured. The consultation manager and desk staff were all much kinder than I expected, so I had a comfortable consultation and left.
