The manager was extremely kind, seemed professional, said nothing unnecessary, and made a very good first impression. You should not expect the director to be kind, though. His expression and tone were indifferent, making me wonder whether he did not want to do it. But surprisingly, he explained the surgery in detail and answered my many questions professionally over a long time. He even drew the line on my photo and reviewed it with me. He seems to prefer feminine lines. The one concern is that he seems to like raising the area between the eyebrows, and our aesthetic preferences did not match, so I passed. The reviews were not very good either, T_T.
