The doctor also measured my eye size himself and kindly explained what my current eye size was, what would happen if they opened it up, and how the surgery would be done. That was nice. The consultation manager was also kind, but there was a bit of pressure to reserve on the same day. Since the surgical result didn't quite match my aesthetic, I said I wouldn't make a same-day reservation and would think about it a bit more because I wanted to do it somewhere else, and I did feel like their attitude got a little less friendly.
