I went in for a consultation about my double chin, but they charged me 30,000 won for an ultrasound examination—yikes. I wondered whether the doctor had just come in from smoking because, while using the ultrasound device on my face, there was such a strong smell of cigarettes. The coordinator said it could even be done on the day of surgery and told me to just have it done simply under local anesthesia and leave. In fact, I had gone because of facial liposuction, but they said it would have almost no effect on the face and that I did not have much fat to remove. Also, they had written down salivary-gland Botox and pebble-chin Botox, but when another clinic felt my salivary glands, they said they were not enlarged
