Seems like he has a lot of surgical experience. My double chin, which wouldn’t go away no matter how many different treatments I tried, disappeared. I guess fat has to be suctioned out. If there’s a downside, it’s that there’s a bit of a scar where the tube went in. If you don’t know, you might not notice, but someone who has had liposuction or really knows procedures would spot it right away. But there’s scar treatment too, so it doesn’t really bother me. Anyway, my side profile improved a lot, and I’m satisfied. If I could go back, I’d probably still get the surgery. I wish I had handled the aftercare better, but if I were to do it again, I’d recommend choosing a place that’s good at tightening and similar treatments.
