I had my first double eyelid surgery in 2016, and it turned out naturally as an in-out line? I wanted an outer line, but they said I would need epicanthoplasty, and since I already had a cat-like look, I went ahead with an in-out line. I had a revision surgery now, but my parents say my eyes looked the prettiest when I had surgery here. They were kind.
