A few years ago I had buried double-eyelid surgery + ptosis correction. Naturalness was absolutely a must, and it turned out so natural that if I don’t say I had double-eyelid surgery, no one would know. My original eyes were really small, but even without canthoplasty they became eyes that look like a real person’s, and I’m still satisfied to this day… If you like a natural result, this seems like the right place.
