The director was very kind and the explanation was detailed, and because they clearly have a lot of experience, they seemed confident, which I liked. But while CT wasn't necessary, they didn't even take a photo of my face, and just explained things by drawing on paper, which was a bit disappointing. I couldn't really get a sense of how high it would be.. As for the manager... hmm... it wasn't that they were kind or unkind, it just looked like they didn't want to work. They only mentioned the price, and for everything else, I had to ask before they answered..
