The director wasn't super kind? But it also didn't feel unfriendly, just somewhere in between.... The director was extremely kind. The facility looked reasonably clean. It didn't feel like there was any excessive treatment, and I liked that they explained skin thickness and the mm range for double-eyelid types in detail.
