Maybe the staff had changed? The first person who helped me was so unfriendly that I almost decided not to go for the consultation, but after quite some time had passed, I still went because the reviews around me were good. The comments saying the director does not make excessive recommendations were good too! Because they prioritize safety, they do not say things like 'this will improve even a little' and just send you back, so I couldn't even get a quote. I didn't choose them, but that part felt trustworthy, and people around me who went for consultations mostly said they were told to go back without surgery, so after a lot of deliberation I didn't choose this place and chose another one instead, and I think that was the right decision.
