They explain the necessary consultation in a calm, careful way, but there was a bit of a dry feeling, so I felt they were slightly less friendly than other clinics when it came to understanding the patient's needs. On the part where they do not recommend excessive surgery and instead convey objective facts, I definitely felt trust.
