I got surgery because I had contracture and did it with no implant, but I wish the tip of my nose had been a little higher. I just wish the tip and the asymmetry of my nostrils had been corrected, so I’m now looking into revision surgery for just the nasal tip. The director’s consultation was detailed, and they explained well what method they would use and how they would do it.
