Over the years, while touring 15 clinics for consultations, this was the first hospital where I thought, "I want to get out of here quickly." It was a consultation from years ago, and I assume things have improved by now... please take this as reference only. First of all, my first impression was not great. I was in the waiting room and couldn’t hear the details, but I could hear a man speaking in a loud voice and the murmur of voices all around. I was thinking, should I go or not... Then they called my name and I was heading toward the exam room, and there was a woman passing by who walked past while sniffling. (Honestly, I wanted to run after her and ask what happened.) When I went into the exam room, the director doctor (an older person) seemed like they hadn’t sorted out their emotions yet, and kept blurting things out, maybe talking about the person who had left by themselves. After I greeted them, the consultation went ahead, but in the end it was just them saying they were the best, that there was a lot to do with my nose, so the price was high, and so on. I left having heard nothing but one-sided boasting instead of an actual conversation. The manager was kind and nice. She apologized on the doctor’s behalf, saying the doctor had been like that today because of patients... Thanks to that, even if I see good reviews in cafes and such, this has become a hospital I won’t even look at.
