I had no expectations going in, and I was only thinking of it as a way to smooth out the side contours, so maybe that's why it wasn't bad. The bandage hurt like hell for 3 days... The director and staff were really kind and took good care of me. But if you want a big effect on very severe cheekbones, this probably won't be enough and you'd need the standard surgery.
