It's been about 7 to 8 years since the surgery, and there has been no sagging, and my overall image has definitely softened. The counselor was also good, and I had no pain after the surgery, and it was well fixed without screws I recommend it. It was hard while I was wearing the bandage but it definitely cleaned up my facial line and made me prettier.
