This was the clinic I went to for my first consultation after a recommendation from an acquaintance. Since it was my first surgery, I considered the cosmetic side too, but because my biggest concerns were a deviated septum, a crooked nose, and rhinitis, I was thinking about nose surgery, and I wanted to do it at a place with lots of experience in both functional and cosmetic surgery by an ENT specialist. Of course, I wanted the surgery done in the safest way possible, so I hoped for no implants and only a natural improvement to the tip of the nose, and both the consulting manager and the doctor were a clinic that pursued a natural, safe approach in line with what I wanted, so right after the consultation I ended up booking surgery without much more thought. First, they said they would prioritize correcting the crooked nose, asymmetry, and rhinitis, then improve the nose tip, and if there was room, lower the columella as well. They also explained that they would use septal cartilage as much as possible, but if it were insufficient, ear cartilage could also be used, which gave me confidence.
