I'll write objectively. First, when I went for the pre-op consultation, the clinic was clean, the director was kind, and the doctor looked at me very professionally, so I felt confident. They said they'd do a revision for free if I didn't like the result, so I thought they must be that confident and went ahead with surgery. But after the surgery, the result was that not a single part of the nasal bone was narrowed, the tip of my nose dropped, and I had clearly asked them not to raise the nose and to shave it down, but instead I ended up with a much higher bridge than before and a longer tip, so now I have an ugly nose that looks obviously surgically altered. For years, whenever I think of it, I contact the clinic, but all I get back is that the surgery was performed normally.
