Before the surgery, they said everything I requested would be possible, but on the day of surgery they changed their story completely. I had already requested 2 weeks off from work long before, so I had no choice but to go through with the surgery. And after the surgery, there was almost no improvement in the parts I wanted fixed. They narrowed my nose too much, so my breathing, which was already bad, got even worse. When I brought up the lack of improvement and the worsened functional problem after surgery, they just said that once surgery is done, there’s nothing that can be done. No conversation possible.... What they said before surgery and after surgery was completely different, and the surgery time was very short too, so I wonder what kind of will there was to improve anything.. An acquaintance of mine also had surgery here and suffered necrosis. Still, at least they did give that person a refund.
