I went because they said they do a lot of nose revision surgery, but they said they weren’t confident about my nose and couldn’t do it, so I came away with nothing. They said I probably wouldn’t be satisfied even with the alar base, and spoke rather skeptically, so in the end I just left They seem like they don’t want to touch difficult surgeries unless they really have to
