It was just ordinary! The consultation manager slightly tried to lead me into booking by talking about the deposit, but I didn't feel it was that bad. I forgot the doctor's name, but the consultation manager told me in advance that other patients say this doctor can be unfriendly during consultations, so I was warned beforehand that this was the kind of person they were. In the end they were just ordinary, neither kind nor unkind! It wasn't the kind of consultation that made me think, 'I want to have it done here.'
