A total factory-like place. The staff were not friendly at all, the doctor didn't seem to have much expertise, and I don't even know the director's name. I got no effect from calf Botox at all, only a needle scar. It's just the kind of hospital that makes you think of the old saying, "you get what you pay for." Even the head manager lacked professionalism.
