I made an urgent appointment and got a consultation. The head manager was extremely kind and explained everything well, and when the director came in, he explained things professionally and clearly. He asked why I came only now, told me exactly what suits my eyes, and said I didn’t need things like eye correction, so there was no pushy sales talk.
