The initial price was in the 2.8 million won range, but after seeming to hesitate, the manager kept saying they would lower it more and more, lol. They said they would give an additional discount if I paid a deposit. In the end, I did not choose here. Just... just my feeling, but it felt cheap and tacky, so I thought I absolutely should not do it here.
