They took out ear cartilage under local anesthesia, then did the nose surgery under sedation. The director did not even perform the ear cartilage part. The surgical room staff and the assistants removed the cartilage, then the director came in after the ear cartilage had been taken out. In the end, I had revision surgery at another hospital.
