The chief surgeon was very confident, and my nostrils were a bit droopy downward, so when you do alar reduction in the usual way, that area tends to stand out even more. When I consulted at other clinics, there were surgeons who did not catch that point very well. It seems that most of them were younger and had relatively little surgical experience. But Dr. Park Geon-uk noticed that issue well and said he could clearly improve it, so I had the surgery. Above all, the consultation manager? Or the director? Was also very kind, so I felt good too. That said, maybe it was the surgeon's ambition, but he kept recommending that I should also have nose surgery.. Since it was already a nose that had been operated on once, he even said that if I did not have revision surgery later, it could come as a side effect, and that felt a bit forced. Still, in the end, the surgery went well! They also took good care of me afterward, so no scar was left. It is a bit expensive for alar reduction, though.
