The hospital is bright and clean. Director Moon is kind and comfortable, just as rumored. He looks much prettier and more feminine in person than on screen. The consultation was given sincerely. I don't know how many managers there are, but the person who handled me was very businesslike. Not rude, just strictly business. When explaining the estimate, they didn't go into details by item and just gave a vague total cost, and the discount conditions felt like they were based on personal opinion, so I was disappointed by that part. I had to ask for example photos to look at, so the visual references were a little disappointing too.
