I saw a review saying, "I got cold seeing that the nails weren't trimmed," so I stared at them the whole consultation.. There wasn't any white part at the tips, but the nails themselves seemed to protrude past the flesh at the ends of the fingers..? But I couldn't believe a doctor would not keep their nails trimmed, so I checked on YouTube and saw that they weren't trimmed... Ah The consultation itself was good, and I think they would have matched the shape I wanted well, but that point really bothered me.. With my personality, I don't want surgery from a director with long nails... Since this would be my first surgery, the director said that septal cartilage + ear cartilage would be fine, but if I wanted a more dramatic change, I should also consider autologous costal cartilage. I had already been thinking about autologous costal cartilage for my first surgery before going to the consultation, so I just went, 'Yes, yes..' and took it in.. The consultation with the manager was all good, but asking me where else I had consulted and which clinics I still had bookings left at felt a bit off... I should have asked, when you asked me that, 'I still have some left at these places, manager, what do you think of those clinics?' or something like that.. I just stupidly rattled off my consultation schedule..
