I thought the clinic was fairly large and well-known, so I went for a consultation first. The doctor who consulted me explained the surgical method in detail and also seemed to explain well how things would improve. But the disappointing part was... I checked with the front desk and waited in the waiting room, then even after I went into the consultation room and was still waiting, I got a phone call asking when I would arrive. I was already inside. I wondered if the staff weren’t communicating with each other, and even though I had made a reservation, I still had to wait quite a long time. And above all, I was very disappointed in the professionalism of the manager in charge... I couldn’t get clear answers to each question I asked.
