I had a consultation with the doctor who is said to be the most famous here, and he really explained things in a very kind and gentle way!! He was soft-spoken, and for now he said he would use silicone and septal cartilage first, and then later decide whether to use ear cartilage or not. It seems like he doesn’t do unnecessary procedures.
