Partial incision from the front corner of the eye to the center of the eye, with the back part done by buried-suture method. I liked that they adjusted the line several times. I wanted a semi-out look, and they kept checking the height too. They said the strength of my eye-opening muscles was insufficient, so some degree of ptosis correction would likely be needed. I didn’t want an overdone, overly widened eye, so I didn’t want upper canthoplasty either, and here they clearly said upper canthoplasty wasn’t necessary and only talked about what was actually needed during the consultation.
