Right after the first surgery and for a while after it, I was very satisfied, and people around me kept asking where I had it done because it looked so flashy and pretty. I wanted a very dramatic, high result too, but at some point I started sometimes feeling like the tip of my nose looked kind of white and translucent. I thought maybe it was just my imagination and that it would pass, so I tried not to worry about it, but now, 2 years after the surgery, it's gotten much worse.. People around me also say the tip of my nose looks too sharp, and that even my nose looks a bit crooked and tilted to one side.. I went to another hospital for a consultation for revision eye surgery, and they told me, 'Don't you know the problem isn't your eyes right now, it's your nose?' and offered to just take a CT of my nose and take a look, which left me really uneasy. They said the mesh at the tip of the nose absolutely has to be removed, and that if time passes and the skin gets even thinner, it could poke through, and that it's amazing I've managed to hold out this long.
