There were so many people and even though I had an appointment, I had to wait a really long time. The doctor kept running back and forth between the operating room and the consultation room, and watching that made my desire to have surgery drop sharply. It really felt like this is what a factory-style clinic is. Even if this place is famous, I don't think I'd get surgery here. It felt like they don't value each patient individually.
