Since it was a large hospital, there were a lot of people, and I think I waited about 30 minutes. I barely spoke with the doctor and mostly consulted with the manager. They recommended partial incisional surgery, and since a family member had had double-eyelid surgery here, they said I could get a 10% discount as a referral, bringing it to 900,000 won. I decided to think it over a bit more, and there was no consultation fee.
