I was worried because I had seen reviews saying the staff were rude, but everyone was kind. After taking photos, I consulted with the doctor, and first he looked at my nose and honestly told me all the possible side effects if I had surgery. I appreciated that he clearly said what couldn't be done, just like the reviews said, but it seemed like he had a very fixed style rather than shaping the result through communication with the patient. He seemed stubborn, saying not to interrupt and to listen to everything before asking questions, so I took it off my list. The surgery price was also extremely high for a first operation.
