I went for a consultation because I wanted a natural nose! I briefly told the manager the direction I wanted, and then had the consultation with the director. The director’s voice smelled like cigarettes, and his voice was very low and gravelly, so it was hard to understand him. He wasn’t unfriendly, and he asked if I had any additional questions! He looked at my nose and immediately explained which parts were problematic, and it felt like the nose shape I wanted wasn’t that important But he focused on the disadvantages, like what couldn’t be fixed and what would look more pronounced after surgery, which made me hesitate a bit. The consultation with the manager was very kind and detailed, and they summarized much better what I had heard from the director! There weren’t many nose reviews, so when I asked, they showed me several cases I was really drawn to the idea that the tip of the nose could stay soft, bend naturally like my real nose, and look natural, but other places said my septum was small, while only this doctor said it was fine without CT and that they would wake me up in the middle to check it, which bothered me, so I decided on another place!
