I really didn’t want to have silicone put in my nose, but I was pushed into silicone; it was just a factory-style clinic. Looking at the reviews, they all used silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage.. I had surgery when I was 20 and didn’t know any better, so I regret it so much. The silicone was only like 1 mm or 2 mm, but I feel like it was pointless to put it in, and now I’m looking into full removal I found out while going to consultations that they had inserted the silicone almost all the way to the tip of my nose too. Now my columella has collapsed too, my right nostril is blocked, and the nasal blockage was there from the start. At first I thought it was because of scar tissue.. Now they’ve even moved clinics, edition-style
