The director was kind and explained things well whenever I asked questions. But I wanted an in-out line, and they gave me an in-line, so they fixed it again. The problem was that after fixing it twice, the line became darker, so it looked obvious that I had double eyelid surgery. The line position and shape also weren’t what I wanted, so I said so, but they said they had to do it according to my eye shape, so there was nothing they could do. I came because I wanted a natural-looking eye, but the line became too dark, which was disappointing.
