다름 — Review

I’ve been spending two years researching and visiting clinics because I want my first surgery to be a complete success! I live in the provinces, so every time I book a Saturday appointment, go, wait, and have a consultation, it’s tiring, but after each consultation I never really feel like, "I want to do it here," so I can’t decide and keep repeating the whole process of researching online and in person... But this place, even before I visited, felt different from other clinics in that the process seemed clearly organized, and when I went, as expected, I didn’t wait even 10 minutes before meeting the manager for a consultation (about 10-20 minutes?), then after waiting 5 minutes I met the director right away (about 30 minutes?), and then had another consultation with the manager (about 20 minutes?). Anyway, it felt like a sincere consultation, so the time didn’t feel wasted at all and my trust increased. The director explained everything in detail while looking at the CT, and although I had already researched things beforehand, I could feel the intention to improve me as safely as possible within limits (not that whatever I wanted would be done no matter what), so even though I hadn’t had any procedures on my nose for five years, there was still quite a bit of filler left on the bridge from before, and we decided to leave open the possibility of dissolving the bridge and using fascia instead (at extra cost), or doing only the tip (septal cartilage, ear cartilage). They also checked where and how much filler remained in my nose, scar tissue and volume from Hi-Co, and so on. However, among the clinics I’ve been to, this one was the narrowest? And there were some reviews that didn’t match the aesthetic I want (a straight bridge that descends into a rounded tip), so I’m worried, but because they don’t just use an implant to stamp out exactly the nose you want, I’m hoping they can raise it naturally with the minimum amount of cartilage. I still have a few more clinics left to visit, but right now this one still has the highest chance of being my final choice.
