There wasn’t a single thing I was worried about. The head manager was kind and listened well, which was nice, and above all I liked that there was no pressure. The doctor also explained everything in detail without me having to ask one by one, and seemed very professional. I asked about other surgeries too, and I liked how they clearly explained why they wouldn’t recommend them for my case and said plainly what could not be done.
